The foundation company:
The company was established in 16/7/2013 , No. 84308 as a limited liability company (private company) with a capital of three billion Iraqi dinars. The authorized director is (OSAMAH HUSSEIN ALI)

The location of the company:
Baghdad / Al-Hussainiya – near the brick factory

The Official approvals:
The company holds an investment license No. 130/2017 issued by the National Investment Commission, in addition to the approval of agriculture, health, veterinary and environment

Company activity:
1- The company’s activity is to import live calves from the biggest companies in the world and from many origins like Brazil, Colombia and Australia … , and to breed and fatten calves, marketing and sell them to local Iraqi markets,
2- Importation of fodder like yellow corn, barley and wheat ,,,, from the biggest companies in the world
The land of the project is about 3530 dunums on the land and farms owned to the company and fenced and surrounded by fence (BRC) that contains a station for breeding and fattening live calves, a factory of fodder, fish lakes, and the project includes:
• Field and sheds for breeding and fattening livestock with 72 barns each 60 x 60 m, and a capacity (40,000) head using the best modern methods and supervised by specialized staff and veterinarians specialized with the provision of all medical and veterinary services and the provision of vaccines and necessary treatments
• The administration building with an area of 700 square meters consisting of three floors and fully furnished building and equipped with computers and all the required and the needs to make the administrative work successful, in addition to that we have a room equipped with a complete system of the latest issue of cameras spread everywhere in the project for security and safety and to monitor the progress of the work
• A feed Factory the capacity of production is 40-ton/h equivalent to 500 tons per day, containing 10 feed machines, in addition to the corn sylag plant with a production capacity of 1000 tons per day, in addition to 8 feed stores each one with an area of 1500 square meters.
• Fish lakes and officially licensed by the Water Resources Authority
• Arrow drinking water terminal of Italian origin with a production capacity of 15,000 liters per hour, and contains 5 tanks with a capacity of 55,000 liters
• A special building for veterinary, consisting of a doctors’ room and a special fridge to save the special medicines for livestock, treatments and vaccines and managed by a specialized medical staff of veterinary doctors and assistants
• The Garage for vehicle consists of a 360-square-meter (12 x 30) to save the vehicles and the spare parts, in addition to the 720-square-meter workshop garage (12 x 60)
• The company also drilled and constructed a irrigation project for the company from the Tigris River, 7 km from the Tigris River, which is powered by pumps, which number 12 pumps and a capacity of 250 hp, dedicated to irrigating the land of the project
• There is a 150-dunum planted by palms of 10,000 palms of the best types
• A private electricity station containing three big generators each with a capacity of 2.5 mega
